Hello hello! 
Let me share my personal favorite smoothie with you guys! Full of protein and energy! 🍌

Recipe is here ↙
✅Banana - 1 
✅Light Greek yogurt - 3 tbs (approx 2-3 g protein) 
✅Chia seeds - 1 tbs ( each tbs contains 3.1g protein, 6g fiber, 3g Omega 3) 
✅Chocolate protein powder - 1 scoop (23.1g of protein) 
✅Peanut butter - 1 tbs ( 2.5g protein) 
✅Milk - 250 ml (8.8 g protein)

(according to the nutrition info in each ingredient) 

🍌This smoothie contains approximately 38 gram of protein! 
Plus lots of good nutrients in there 🙌 I know the cal might be high but I do my workout, I burn my calories so why stress about it? 😄

I will try out more healthy smoothie and share with you guys!
